MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE

My awakening process began during my teenage years. At that time, I had no idea it was possible to manifest my own reality. I was doing it intuitively and unconsciously until the day I had a breakthrough.

I was in the depths of depression. And I didn’t realize I was manifesting my own hell through my heavy, dense thoughts and emotions.

I wasn’t sleeping. I wouldn’t call it full-blown insomnia, but pulling all-nighters was pretty common back then and not just because of school.

Trapped in a deeply negative spiral that I was feeding myself, I « detached. » I’m not talking about cognitive dissociation, but a real sense of a « second me » stepping out to observe.

This double watched me intently. At one point, it said :

« Calm down, it’s going to be okay. »

I didn’t really have a conversation with this double. I thought maybe it was a dream. But later that night… I had this realization:

« What if, after all, everything was actually going just fine? »

It wasn’t until much later that I realized this moment marked the start of a major turning point in my life.

Because from that day on, sure, I’d still get hit with bouts of stress or anxiety, but I could calm myself down by breaking that negative cycle I’d been fueling with my feelings of devastation, despair, and exhaustion. I’d ask myself, « What if, after all, everything was actually going just fine? »

Instead of picturing the worst-case scenarios, I’d visualize the best ones! And from then on, my life completely transformed.

I’d discovered the incredible power of visualization.

What if, like me back then, you surprised yourself by visualizing the best instead of the worst?

A SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP PRACTICE GUIDE

  1. Choose an uplifting, instrumental track : something positive and energizing, without lyrics, to link to your manifestation intention.
  2. Right before drifting off to sleep, when your mind quiets and you feel drowsiness creeping in, stay « awake » in your awareness.
  3. Picture yourself in the reality you desire: Who are you? What are you doing? Who are you with? What’s the weather like? Where are you? What do you feel precisely ?
  4. Fully immerse yourself in those positive emotions within that visualization.
  5. Repeat this exercise for three nights in a row, then watch how it starts showing up in your life.

A Real-Life Example
When I was hunting for an apartment, the market was brutal. I was racking up rejections and canceled viewings for a whole week.

Then, one Saturday night, I set my frustration aside. I visualized my dream place: spacious, full of light, with two terraces. I saw myself cooking, sleeping, showering, getting ready in the mirror… Everything felt perfect.

By Monday, three new listings popped up that matched my criteria, especially one that was an absolute love at first sight!

I kept envisioning myself living there every night from Monday to Wednesday.

And the following Tuesday, the property manager called to say the owners had chosen me, charmed by my stable situation.
