Introduction to the Series “Transmuting Your Wounds” 1/6

The human being, made of flesh and blood, suffers, while their spirit and consciousness do not.
We might try to convince ourselves that, as Schopenhauer said, “suffering is useless.”
Spinoza urges us to understand suffering.
Jung encourages us to integrate it.
And Sartre insists we embrace it, as it holds the keys to freedom.
So, what do we do with all this?

There’s plenty to ponder, but is intellectual reflection truly what sets us free?
In this series, we’ll move beyond the mind, diving deeper to dance with our wounds and integrate them with minimal imprints by the end of the process.

Definition of “Wound”

A wound is a pain that touches the human unconscious and imprints itself on the soul. It triggers physical, physiological, psychological, psychic, and emotional symptoms. This is the foundation from which we’ll explore the so-called wounds of the soul.

Which Wounds Exactly?

Together, we’ll explore the wounds of abandonment, rejection, humiliation, injustice, and betrayal. We’ll uncover the mechanics behind these wounds, as they all operate similarly from an energetic, vibrational, and quantum perspective.

The Mechanics of Wounds

When a human is “wounded” as we mean here, their human nature leads them to repress the wound. This is a natural mechanism tied to what’s called the “survival instinct.” For some, it may be an instinct of self-preservation.
Generally, humans first activate their survival instinct -they flee, disconnect, or defend. Over time, the preservation instinct takes over: they avoid, protect themselves, and structure their lives around the wound, which becomes part of their identity as they let their experiences define them.

Every human -man, woman, or child- has a physical body and, beyond it, a magnetic field. When a wound strikes, it creates breaches in this field, drawing in harmful energies and affecting the condition of the “wounded.”
Understanding this makes the impacts clearer.

Their Impacts

The effects are primarily vibrational. The wounded person’s frequency drops increasingly, leading to denser physical and emotional symptoms. Some are amplified, while others evolve into forms that can be dangerous to their condition or even their life.

Consequences of Unresolved Wounds

In the long term, unresolved wounds accumulate and are reinforced by new experiences that echo the original situations, reactivated by what we call “triggers.” Consequences vary from person to person, but generally, here’s what happens:

  • They become ghosts in your energy field.
  • They feed on your energy, taking whatever little you have.
  • They fuel your deepest fears and phobias.
  • Your physiology becomes increasingly imbalanced (e.g., sleep, eating).
  • Your chakras grow more unbalanced, amplifying existing physical symptoms, activating genetic potential, and fostering new physical symptoms.

Note: A doctor may find no explanation for symptoms or pain and say “everything is fine.”
Always consult general or specialist healthcare professionals.

A Note on Engrams

When we’re wounded, these imprints condition our lives: our vitality, behavior, decision-making capacity, discernment, mental clarity, and more. When wounded, we are engrammed, and these engrams steer our lives without our awareness.
